0,33L bottle, bottled 02.09.13. Pours hazy amber with huge white head. The head stays. Aroma is intense citrus, vegetables, hints of pine. Taste: fruits, vegetables, caramel, orange, pine. Finish is rather long bitter with some tartness and noticeable but pleasant alcohol. Overall: not a bad beer and rather easy to drink, but I just hate the vegetable flavor and aroma.Hence I can’t give higher rating.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, orangey golden colour with small, creamy, fairly lasting, moderately lacing, off-white head. Minimally piney and floral, citrusy hop aroma, hints of tangerine, orange zest. Taste is minimally tart, dry hoppy, citrusy, a touch of lemon. Relatively light, refreshing, very drinkable DIPA.

Bottle at home, thanks to an IP trade with Ronny (rlgk), 29/12/13. Pitch black with a good sized tan head that dissipates then stays for the show. Nose is subtle bourbon, rich toffee fudge, cocoa, toasted marshmallow, light roast. Taste comprises light roast, chocolate, well pitched bourbon, dark toffee fudge, brown sugars, charred wood. Medium bodied with bite, soft carbonation, sweet closure with a nice level of bourbon going off. This is a really slick and well made BA impy, good balance, never too hot, never too sweet and cloying, I’d return to this one anytime!
