Cloudy yellow, short lived white head. Eucalyptus, herbs and grass, aroma. Flavour totally dominated by ucalyptus - the curse of Apollo special beers?

Cloudy yellow with no head. Ginger nose with a hint of yeast. Nothing but ginger in the flavour. I like beer and I like ginger - I would like a beer with a hint of ginger enhancing the beer...

Light amber beer with a small white head. Caramel aroma. Caramel, sweet flavour. Not a good kölsch, and nothing special in its own right.

2010 - Flakhaven, Odense: Much cleaner with a fine malt character and some hops. A pleasure these days.

(On tap) Cloudy golden with a handsome, dense and slightly off-white head. Slightly floral aroma. Fairly light body - almost a bit watery. Fresh and lightly fruity notes and a citric astringency relieved by a raw bitterness atypical for the style but very typical for Apollo. 161006
