Found a 6-pack of this super light beer at The Beer Store (thankfully, as I thought I would have to get 24 of these). Pours a light golden colour with a fizzy white head that does not last long at all and leave no lacing. Smell of corn with adjuncts. The taste is like drinking Perrier at first, with the corn following. Not much stickiness, so wet and somewhat crisp. Made to drink from the bottle and not too bad for what this is. A big 60 calories for corn lovers.

Originally rated July 2005. This beer use to come in brown stubby bottles, now I got this 12 which is in clear 341ml bottles. Pours a pale yellow colour with minimal carbonation. Not much head, nor lacing. Smells nice malt with some bitterness. The taste is grain malt, maybe mixed in with corn... but quite refreshing. Mouthfeel is half watery and half creamy. Good summer brew but prefer their bitter, Brick Conner’s Best Bitter.

Originally rated May 2006. Silver Medal at the 2006 World Beer Cup in the American-Style Premium Lager category. Bought this one in a 28 pack. Pours a pale golden colour with a small white head, not much retention and no lace at all. Carbonation is active, but not too crazy. The nose is pretty malty with hints of spices and apples. Typical watery mouthfeel of a lager. Some sweet malts, with some slight apples and a dry finish. Really not a bad brew, with no corn to be found, but nothing really exciting. Good decent swiller beer.

Brighter yellow than normal and a semi-solid head. Aroma of wood and particle board glue mixed with two day-old socks. Flavour is a vague mix of hops and adjuncts creating a smooth glass-like film on the tongue akin to a high-alcohol malt liquor. If you have friends you don’t like, this would make a perfect beer to offer them when they come over.

Originally rated September 2009. First off, this one does not say "light" in the title. I was really hoping for the normal Red Baron with a twist of lime (and its full 5% ABV). But no, just a light version of it at 4% ABV. Another brewer that jumps on the light lime bandwagon this summer. Weird thing is that they all come out late in the summer. Anyways, pours a light yellow colour with very subtle haze. The head is white, fluffy, goes down averagely and creates decent lacing. The smell of lime juice is definitely present and the mouthfeel is watery. Refreshing taste of lime juice and water, followed by the corn in the aftertaste. Not much here, but a summer light swiller.

A blonde lager wuth a thin white head. A mineral malt aroma with light chalky notes. In mouth, a rather light malt with oily mouthfeel, faint to inexistent hops, boring. 500 ml can from LCBO, used for cooking.

This light beer poured a crystal clear, light yellow colour with a big, fast living, bright white, foamy head. To the nose there are scents of ginger ale, citrus and soda water. Slight malt scent, but if this is beer you wouldn’t know it by the smell. First swig was the most watery, thin flavoured ""Beer"" that i’ve ever had. Flavours of ginger, soda and lime result in the worst, light beer I’ve had. Flavours of ginger ale unfortunetly continue into the finsh and beyond. Muck.

Can: Poured a clear bright golden color lager with a medium foamy head with average retention and some lacing. Aroma of adjunct with some residual sugar at the end. Taste is also a less then enjoyable mix between some adjunct and some crude sugar. Body is average with some good carbonation. Not to my liking and not something I wish to try again.
