I obtained a Teku glass pour from tap at As Is NYC yesterday on our last day of holiday. I saw an unclear yellow-gold body completed by a lacey, solidly white skim of foam. The scent was tropical fruit with some citrus and grain. The drink was white bread, oranges, more of the grain, lemons and grass. Slightly bitter. Good in the style.

Pale amber, just slight haze. Thin head. Quite fruity, lowish bitterness, blueberry and papaya notes. Sweet malt. Just a touch of yeastiness.

Brewery draught, 9/19/24. Lighter amber. Clear. Off-white head steadily to ring. Bit toasty, some caramel. Clean. Richer bread and deeper malts on the very end with a touch of peppery hop. Clean. Soft, malty, rich and with tons of bread and caramel. Low hop, low bitterness. Again, a bit sluggish in texture, like their pils. Not really killin' the lager game.

Brewery draught, 9/19/24. Clear, bright golden-brass. Small, white head, steadily to ring. Floral and wet grass-like hops with honey and dough-like malts easily balancing. Lingering pepper. Clean. Very soft, doughy, bit sweet and sluggish on the finish. More ale-like than lager-like. Bitter, grassy hops. Clean.

Another classic, this one definitely closer to the East Coast mold as promised in the commercial description. Light haze, golden leaning to amber. Nose is balanced between a deep bready and caramel malt and a floral and citric hop. Nice rounded mouthfeel, sweet bread, light lemon peel hop flavors, a very faint stonefruit element is hiding in there - otherwise clean, balanced, great malt fullness with a fun bitter and floral/citric hop profile. I see why this has the reputation it does. Bottled Aug 27th and drank in Florida on 9/7/24, that's ridiculously fresh.

Oh wow this is like a blast from the past. Pale golden, dry as heck, crisp, crackery malts, bitter resin and citrus rind hop profile, its a classic IPA. Medium bitterness. I don't have a lot to say because its so simple and straightforward, but its just so damn refreshing to find an IPA like this instead of all the creamy/juicy/hazy weird shit out there. Bottled August 20th 2024 and found in Central Florida on 9/7/24, that's a fresh bottle to make it this far!
