500mL bottle, bottled 2 weeks ago, pours a hazy golden orange with a medium white head. Aroma is somewhere between a hazy and westie, with a lot of muddled oats upfront, bready malt, and some tropical, citrusy hops. Flavour is fresh, with vibrant resinous hops, some tropical notes, light pine, muffled oats, earthiness, and bready malt. Not my favourite kind of IPA, but itβs far superior to most NEIPAs out there. A bit too much oatiness, but thereβs good structure and reasonable expression. Good stuff.

On tap at Maine Beer Co, pours a clear golden with a medium white head. Aroma has bitter orange peel, light pine, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is fairly bitter, with orange peel, bitter citrus hops, and a crisp biscuity malt. Bitter orange peel finish. Not really that much hop expression or dynamics in general. Itβs okay.

On tap at Maine Beer Co, pours a clear blonde with a medium white head. Aroma has some unfermented wort in there, with grassy hops, straw, and bready malt. Flavour is better, with soft grassy hops, straw, and biscuity malt. Far from a flawless German pils, but it does at least drink crisply. Pleasant.

500mL bottled 6/25/2026, drunk 8/6/2026.
Giant marmalade character with a zesty, healthy acidity behind it adding light pine and grapefruit rind. Caramel-accented white bread and biscuit from the malt seems to balance pretty easily. Not the most intense aroma, but clean, with an emphasis on malt, and no alcohol noted.
I do get some coconut, pineapple rind and unripe honeydew melon from the atypical hops (the Strata and the Sabro), and it's not overdone (not a mouthful of coconut-banana-pineapple). No Dole fruit Cup-like pineapple character, either. From there it's the same MBC IPA character they always have; big malts, some pine and grapefruit, nothing too fruity or juicy. There's a fluffier, denser-than-usual body here, no doubt from the oats. Not sure they're necessary; it's already quite malty and rich. Appreciate the subtleties of the hops, and I'm not asking for them to slap you in the face with flavor, but it does still seem a bit reserved, malt-forward, bitter. But that's just MBC, take it or leave it. I will say, the bitterness juxtaposed with the rich texture does make it both exceedingly satisfying and drinkable.

Draught at Hops & Milk, medium creamy head, light hazy lightish yellow colour, grass, green leaves, malty base behind, a bit of nectarine, medium strong green bitterness. Not too exciting but nice and drinkable.

On tap at the brewery taproom. Unclear golden coloured, medium sized white head, fruity and light herbal nose. Fruity, herbal, light grassy and bitterish finish. Rather boring.
