Draft: Poured a bright hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is fresh fruity hops, citrus, grapefruit. That is nice hops forward with loads of citrus fruit. Sticks to the palate.

Bottled 16FEB25. Helder goudgele body met een mooie, fijne, standvastige hagelwitte kraag, met zowaar een toef. Goeie wandplak ook. Geur is zacht, geurige hop, fruitig, harsig, kruidig. In de mond is het ook zo. Smaak is zacht bitterig met een licht moutzoetje. Lichte tot medium body. Vrij veel koolzuur, maar toch zacht prikkelend. Lange afdronk waarin de bitterheid toeneemt, iets droog ook. Goed spul, zoals altijd van Maine BC.

Taste at Whole Foods. Big catching smell from Amarillo and Centennials, for sure. Slightly hazy gold in glass, thin bit of foam. Taste hours like I remember from my first Gumballhead. Definitely for game of hop burners.

Appearance: glossy bright yellow color with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace.
Aroma: freshly cut grass, hop spice/white pepper-like, lemon hop scent, subtle wheat
Flavor: combines the prior noted aromas to a fine bittersweet to zesty taste; finishes crisp with those aromas
Texture: light bodied, sessionable, some smoothness but also light hop assertiveness
Overall: it works as a session IPA and it would be one for me to return to.

Appearance: golden yellow color with a two and a half fingers of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: floral, citrusy and grassy hops up front over a super light biscuity malt base
Flavor: melds the prior noted aromas together sweetly at first then with a little more warmth it turns bittersweet; citrusy and floral finish
Texture: light to medium bodied - maybe a touch closer to light, sessionable; fairly smooth along the tongue but also some hop assertiveness
Overall: pretty nicely done APA worthy of coming back to

Appearance: dark brown close to black color with a two finger tan foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: cold brew coffee up front - the sweet & subtle roastiness of it, mild dark roasty tones, subtle earthiness and some baker's chocolate rounding out the underneath
Flavor: melds the prior noted aromas together sweetly and roasty with a slight bitterness underneath, finishes with the cold brew coffee tones
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, very smooth along the tongue
Overall: nicely done coffee stout well worthy of coming back to.

500ml bottle. Grapefruit citrus aroma with notes of grassy hops, floral hops, tangerine, orange and pine resiny hops. Pours brilliantly clear golden colored with a finger of soapy white head that has excellent retention and good lacing. Starts with tangerine, orange and floral hop flavors. Finishes dry with grapefruit citrus, grassy hops and pine resiny hop flavors as well as a touch of bitterness at the very end. Good.

500mL bottle. Pours very dark brown with a small beige head. Oats, dry brown sugar, and woody pine on the nose. Flavour has a rich oatmeal malt base, dry brown sugars, and woody pine from the Centennial. Good, solid body. Great american stout.
