Taste starts moderately roasted malty and dried fruity, following is grassy and slightly coffeish, mouthfeel is smooth and warm alcoholic, while finish is average bitter. Medium to full body, oily texture and average carbonation in palate. Very nice stout with well hidden ABV…

33cl bottle from AbeerVinum, Rimini, Italy. 2022 vintage, bottle no. 2325. Pours orange amber, partially transparent, with Aroma is fruity, of ripe stone fruit, apricot. Body is partially dense, with moderate carbonation. Taste is fairly sweet, though with a more than decent bitterness as well. Final is pretty long.

0.5l (or pint? haven't checked) bottle purchased at Pivný Raj Mlynské nivy, shared on the terrace above the SMASH Homebrew competition with the eclectic combo of Hrabren, AJ, YoungMarijan/PBF_pivica/korica/something, Renje and Jan V.B., because why not. Very dark brown body, quite murky, off-white head. Sweetish, nutty aroma, dark malty, grainy notes, light raisins in the aroma. Sweetish, lighter body, chocolate, grainy notes, light coffee, very vague citric notes. Oddly, some stone fruit as well, peachy, ending dry. Quite okay, slightly messy, but with well hidden alcohol. Maybe we underrated it slightly, maybe not.

Some sweetness, chocolate liquorice bar, lacquer, cardboard, wild herbs, earthy, leaves. Medium body, soft carbonation, soft texture, light finish. Not hot or too strong. Alcohol quite hidden.
