A hazed blonde ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, light citrus pulp, nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with citrusy floral hops, light menthol, nice and smooth. Can at Pre DLD 2019 get together.

Pour is typical murck yellow with a medium white head. Aroma is some dank grapefruit rind hops. Flavor is agan dank grapefruity hops and this did finish a bit watery and thin. Finish leaves a little of the dankness on the tongue. Again a little thin and not really a big tropical fruit which is what I look for in the style.

On tap at Arts and Crafts Amsterdam Ave. Pours hazy bright yellow. Lemon, perfume, floral, light savoury bread stuff, clean minerally finish. Spritzy body. An excellent example of a pretty classic gose.

Nice red can from vintage estate, pounder at that. Hazy pale presentation like many wit bier. Yes, pours like a pretty nice beldgy with a big bubbly white head, and has the first impression carbonation of a good belgian as well. The creamy fine sizzliness of this brew makes it quite attractive, I'm liking it. In the middle it starts to show a few mild ill attributes of a typical ale, but never quite gits thar. Yes. mellow and very belgian fer sher. Friendly domestic representation of, should I say it? The big O? Very good finish with overall impressions of a civilized euro beer. Some hint of astrigentness lurking in the background but it rarely sticks its moley head up, so I can wack it. Not bad! Nice job Central! However; tho gud, I'm not sure if it totally rises to the level of Orval.

Pour is a hazy gold with very little head. Aroma is very floral and herbal. I can't really pick out an individual herbs used but they are there up front. Flavor is chamomile tea up front, then comes a floral sweetness that I guess is the elderflower. Not much jasmine though. Did not get much of a bas beer from this as this is all about the adjuncts used. If you like a nice herbal flowery beer this is for you.

16 ounce can into tulip glass; no can dating, but was just released locally. Pours very hazy deep golden amber/light orange color with a 1 finger fairly dense and rocky off white head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, mint, peppercorn, pine, cracker, biscuit dough, light toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, mint, peppercorn, pine, cracker, biscuit dough, light toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, woody, floral, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, mint, peppercorn, pine, cracker, biscuit dough, light toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and no lingering hop astringency after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready/grainy/sticky, and fairly resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 8.2%. Overall this is an excellent hazy IPA. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink for the ABV, with the modestly bitter/resinous/drying finish. Nicely soft feel, and not overly aggressive. Awesome Mosaic, Simcoe, Loral profile. Great balanced mix of very juicy, vibrant, dank, and earthy hop complexity; with a nice balancing oat/malt backbone. Mild residual sweetness with lingering resin dryness. A very enjoyable offering, and well made style example. No complaints, great hop profile as expected.
