Cask-conditioned at the Bank, Bristol 12/6/2019. Golden in colour, with a decently-sized white head. Grassy hops, some tangerine and pineapple fruits, chewy malts and a dryish finish. Good.

On cask at the Haymarket. Appearance - golden with a light haze. Frothy head. Nose - pink grapefruit and a hint of something tropical. Taste - pink grapefruit confirmed. Unripe mango and skin. Palate - close to medium bodied with a creamy yet tangy texture. Dry bitter yet balanced finish. Overall - good.

Served on cask Brilliant white creamy head stayed on a clear light copper coloured still body. Medium bodied, airy over the tongue with a cloying back. Lightly malted tasting with fruity citrus tastes, tangy spices & sweet berry.

Cask @ Prince Albert, Notting Hill. Golden-blonde with a creamy-frothy head. It's slightly dry with its strength evident, but its hops remain the most dominant characteristic.

330ml can from M&S. Poured a hazy golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy rye malt, buttery yeast, lemon lime citrus hop. The flavour is moderate bitter sweet with a fresh, crisp, grainy, citrus fruit, light dry floral hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

The flavour is moderate bitter light sweet, with a light sweet toffee malt, crisp, citrus, light resin, dry woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Beautiful can disign. Opaque deep brown pour. Tall ivory-coloured head of mediocre retention. Light lacing. Aroma: roast, coffee and earth, additional cocoa, a hint of cream. Light plus body. Taste: dry, roasted. No off-notes. Just the overmentioned things plus pronounced bitterness. Long finish of roast and hop. Actually it's good enough. That said, I would ask for more rich maltiness and complexity in case of porter. Or stout? I'm confused...

Cask at Cornubia, Bristol, 02/02/19. Golden amber with a decent off white cap. Nose is biscuit, caramel, dusty hops, fruit esters. Taste comprises brown bread, bitter orange, caramel, light spice, dried fruits. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with moderate bitterness. Not bad.

Keg at Cornubia, Bristol, 02/02/19. Clear golden blonde with a decent white head. Nose is citric tinged straw, melon, grass, airy malts, orange zest. Taste comprises citric pith, fresh hops, grass, hint of pine, cantaloupe melon, tangerine, light breads. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with balanced hop bitterness. Ok offering.
