19th August 2023 Can. Hazy orange gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth and mildly dry palate, reasonable fine carbonation. Soft and semi dry pale malts, a light creamy sweetness. Hops bring soft pine, slightly dry stone fruits, but with a reasonable ripe intensity. Mild hop spice and a little alcohol dryness on the finish. Tidy, never inspiring. 3.7

Can. This one comes over broadly the same but with a much juicer ripe stone fruits. Crisp pine and nibbly hop spice really brighten this one up. Nice.

Can. Hazy orange gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, reasonable fine carbonation. Smooth malts, a nice light creamy sweetness. Nectaron dominates Mosaic here. Soft stone fruits, mostly light Nectarine. Light pine and a whisper of savoury skunk. Mild hop spice on the back end which also emphasizes the juicy stone element. Could be crisper but a nicely profiled tropical dipa.
