A hazed blonde ale with faint pink hues, and a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light Epsom salts, light lactic notes, light lemon juice, pleasant. In mouth, a tart mix of lemon pulp, light tropical fruits, light Epsom salts, faint Sumac, pleasant and puckering. Bottle from brewery.

500ml (thx, Brian C.!) at Andrey's. Appearance: hazy purple with a weak white head. Aroma: nice raspberry with some mango and barrel notes, Taste: quite dry, moderately to high sourness, residual fruity raspberries notes, did not detect any mango. Overall: nice as a sour.

A hazed golden amber saison with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with tart mix of ground cherry, light lactic notes, light Brett, very nice. In mouth, a nice tart mix of ground cherry, lactic acid, light cork, nice and tart. Bottle from brewery.

500mL bottle, courtesy of wilco (thanks Mike), pours a cloudy golden orange with a small white head. Nose is quite acidic, with gently tart apricots, a little oak, and some seltzery notes. Flavour is bright and fruity, with light-medium acidity, bright apricots, and a little oak. Can't say I get much red wine barrels or brett; but it's dry, fruity and bready. Very nice stuff.

Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a medium size dark brown foamy head with some retention and light lacing. Aroma of strong floral espresso notes with some sweet chocolate notes and light spiced bourbon notes. Taste is a nice mix of strong dominant floral espresso notes with some sweet black chocolate notes with some light spices and some bourbon notes with vanilla and also noticeable. Body is full with creamy texture and good carbonation. Very enjoyable pastry stout with nice mix of flavours while retaining some balance.

Bottle: Poured a clear yellow color ale with a medium size white foamy head with light retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of tart notes with nice floral hoppy undertones. Taste is also a mix of tart notes with some light hoppy floral undertones and a dry finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Nice hoppy sour beer with good balance and god drinkability.

500mL bottle, courtesy of wilco (thanks Mike), pours a deep dark mahogany with a medium beige head. Aroma is very malty, with lots of caramel, bready malt, some dark fruits, and a bit of rum. Flavour is fairly hot, with moderate rum barrel presence, caramel, and bready malt. Very chewy, with little depth or complexity, and a somewhat chalky mouthfeel. The booze becomes hotter on the back-end with each additional sip. Pleasant, but harsh and unrefined.

Bottle: Poured a black color beer with a dark brown foamy head with light retention and not much lacing. Aroma of sour notes with light roasted malt with no bourbon notes discernible. Taste is a mix of sour notes with acidic notes and some roasted malt notes with no bourbon notes really apparent. Body is light with medium carbonation and no apparent alcohol. This is a lot more acidic then I was expecting with no bourbon notes whatsoever. Very one-dimensional.

A reddish copper sour ale with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with loads of dark fruits, light ground cherry, light lactic notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt dark fruits, licorice, alcohol warmth, cherry, very nice. Bottle from brewery.
