355ml bottle into glass. 4.6% on the label. Interesting nose, lavender & bread perhaps. Pale yellow with solid lasting white head. Spritzy mineral water taste. Very crisp sweet finish. I thought this would be terrible, it isn’t.

(Bottle) Clear straw with no head. Faint aroma of damp cardboard and candy. Light body, reasonable carbonation. Very little taste - slightly citrus notes over vaguely candy sweet notes fade into a watery finish. Overall, it’s a watery pointless "beer" but is not pour-down-the-sink nasty.

Thanks to CH-303 for this one. Pours a pale yellow color, topped with a rather small head. Malty aroma, some grains and some bubblegum aroma. Taste is quite sweet, grainy and very watery. No real bitterness, not much taste.

Fra prøveflaske, rester etter RBHD-samling på Askje 18.11.14: klar gylden uten skum. Smaker kunstig søt. Vandig og heldigvis nesten uten ettersmak. Slett ikke "an exquisite beer of intense flavour" slik de selv påstår.

Shared bottle at RB/HD at Askje 18.11.14. Clear pale golden. Disappearing white head. Some lacing. Soft, but slightly crude aroma of bread and candy sugar. Waterish taste. Artificial sweetness in dry aftertaste.

Shared bottle at local tasting. Clear pale golden colour, moderate white head. Sweetish aroma, notes of newmown grass and candy. Sweetish flavour first, drier cardboard notes in the finish, hardly any bittering hops.

Bottle bought and drunk in LA. Corn coloured pale lager, with a small white head. Mild grassy aroma. Weak, light body, thin feel, rather too fizzy.

Lightly minty nose, postage stamps. Urine yellow, medium head, some lacing. Weak cardboard flavor, only very subtle mint notes. Unoffensive, does have some personality.

Clear 32oz bottle shared between three of us at BBQ on 10th July 2014. I had bought the beer for a laugh, as my son in law likes Central American peasant beers like Corona and Pacifico. This however was not to his liking, or mine for that matter. Weak urine colour with a white head for a second or two before it retreated into a wisp and collar. Grainy, metallic and nasty, not a great advert for El Salvadorian beer. Only buy it if you want the country tick (I did not need the tick and wish I had not bought it).
