Skunky. Pale yellow, medium sudsy head. Sweet, but somewhat offset by a biscuity fullness. Mild grass finish. Obviously cheap, but not disgusting

Bottle from BevMo. This is brewed by Cerveceria Centro Americana, SA in Guatemala; the label remains as illustrated here. Pours a blue/green with a similarly tinged head. Aroma is a bit berry and grainy. Thinnish body with decent carbonation. Flavor is a bit grainy with very little hop. Hint of paper in the finish. Overall, it’s clean and nearly refreshing. Obviously Kirk’s leg was being pulled by Spock.

Crystal clear golden coloured body with a thin white head. Aroma of malt, cardboard, lemons and funky stuff. Light-bodied; Mild taste of malt, a little hops and nothing else. Aftertaste of a little sugar and water. Overall, a bad beer-but what else is expected when you have a clear coloured bottle from El Salvador? I sampled this twelve ounce bottle pulled from a ’World 12 Pack’ given to me by JonR888710 on 02-July-2005.

12 ounce bottle from Mas in Charlottesville. VA. Pours a clear and very pale yellow color. Medium head with average head retention and lacing. Aroma is grassy and bitter hops. Surprising taste highlights big pear notes, along with some grassy hops. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Light color, light aroma, light flavor. Actually, pretty light on everything, really. Needs to develop.

Bottle from Grocery Outlet in Woodland, CA. Not a hint of skunk. Golden color with a multi-finger frothy white head. Quite clear. Aromas of grain, grass and dust. Near medium body with frothy carbonation. Flavor is grain and very light fruit and spice (probably noble type hop). For some reason it’s almost enjoyable. Not quite though. There is a bit of bitter in the finish.

Bottle. Big bottle. Pale gold color with a three finger head. Head holds up well. Laces abundantly. Rather grainy aroma backed by some noble hop. Rather thin bodied with mild, frothy carbonation. Flavor is beer. There’s pale malt. There’s hop. It’s a bit sweet. It’s wholly inoffensive. It’s not crisp; it is clean. I think it’s brewed for the hotter climes. If I was eating food in El Salvador, I would use this like water. I actually think I am enjoying this one. It is so innocuous. There’s not a bad flavor in it. Would I take it to a desert island? No.

12 oz from World Market. Pours a yellowish straw color with a small bright white head. Smells halfway to skunksville. About on par with a Corona.
