About
Resilience is the American ale project of the brewers at Schilling Beer Co. We craft exquisite, principally hoppy ales, with the same level of artisanship and care that is evident across the breadth of Schilling Beer Co. liquids. Resilience beers are so named because they embody the struggles and triumphs of our journey. Drink Resilience with those you love—preferably in the mountains—and hopefully in a place as special as Littleton, NH.
Resilience beers are available on-site at the brewery (both at the brewpub and the main brewery’s tasting room), as well as in 16 oz. cans and limited kegs via our distributors (primarily in New Hampshire).

In 2026, the brand name was discontinued and subsumed in to the Schilling brand.

On tap at the brewery taproom/restaurant. Unclear honey golden coloured, medium sized off-white head, slightly perfumed piney nose. Sweet malty, piney, herbal, notes of alcohol and resiny finish.

On tap at the brewery tasting room. Murky yellow coloured, medium sized white head, citrusy nose. Citrusy, herbal, light peppery and floral with bitterish finish.

Pours hazy gold into a willi. Bright white head with little retention recedes to hug rim. Citrus and melon aromas. Medium bodied with mild berry and tangerine pith and peel upfront turning to hot pine in the medium length finish.

16oz can pours an orangey gold with some lacey head, light haze. Nose has stone fruits, floral, light citrus, some grassy notes. Feels like a bit of wheat (4% or 5% or so), then citrus and stone fruit. It's a little basic. I like the grassy character. Medium bodied, drinks a little easier than 8%.

Draft at the brewery, 4/10/26.
Spice and berry with white bread-like malt. Clean and fruity with nectarine and round orange. No toast, no caramel, no over boiled hop.
Similar flavors with a contemporary, very fruity, not very bitter take with balanced pale malts and no resin or over boiled hop. Spice, berry, pepper, grapefruit. Excellent contemporary take.

Appearance: thick hazy orange color with a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: dark berries, white grapes, light pineapple and a little bit of mangoes; light clean malts
Flavor: intertwines the prior noted aromas to a fine berry sweet to subtle tangy to a hint of mango-sweet quality; finishes semi-dry with a sly bit of juiciness
Texture: medium bodied, leaning towards being sessionable; good smoothness - nothing distracting; nice low carb and low hop bitterness
Overall: a nicely done NEDIPA I would be willing to come back to.

Appearance: dark brown close to black in color with a finger and a half's worth of khaki foamy head which settled off at a nice pace to leave some light lace
Aroma: milk chocolatey to dark chocolatey to some light toffee tones and a light bready tone with a lighter coffee sweetness further down in
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a fine roasty to sweet quality underscored by a little bitterness; finishes slightly dry with the chocolate tones and a touch of the coffee notes
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; clean smoothness
Overall: nicely done stout very worthy of coming back to.

Aroma: dried nectarines, some oranges, dark berries and a little bit of mangoes; super light clean malts
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a fine semi-juicy sweet to bittersweet content; finishes leading with the dried nectarines, and oranges
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; pretty smooth along the tongue with a little bit of dryness but that seems to fade as I sipped this more.
Overall: a very nicely done NEDIPA I would very much love to return to.
