Description
Resilience is the American ale project of the brewers at Schilling Beer Co. We craft exquisite, principally hoppy ales, with the same level of artisanship and care that is evident across the breadth of Schilling Beer Co. liquids. Resilience beers are so named because they embody the struggles and triumphs of our journey. Drink Resilience with those you love—preferably in the mountains—and hopefully in a place as special as Littleton, NH.
Resilience beers are available on-site at the brewery (both at the brewpub and the main brewery’s tasting room), as well as in 16 oz. cans and limited kegs via our distributors (primarily in New Hampshire).
Admin Note: This is the American-style beer brand of Schilling. Same brewery, brewers, ownership, etc...

Can to becher glass.
Appearance: bright yellow color with a good transparency about it and finger and a half to two fingers of white foamy head. Once dissipated, there was some light messy clingy lace
Aroma: huge citrusy, danky pine, sweet grassy to subtle grapefruity bitter rind, some melon then a highly clean bready malt base
Flavor: fully bittersweet hop blend and bringing the malts for a stellar balance, no aftertaste
Texture: medium bodied, some kind of sessionability about this, some kind of oily to smoothness rolling over my tongue, finishes oily crisp (is that a thing yet?) And not as "dry" as the brewer says so, just my two cents 🙄
Overall, I say a wonderful West coast styled IPA I would love to have again.
*Also glad I discovered we can put emojis in ratings however only will proceed now with emojis only in new beer reviews.
