Bottle from New Beer Distributors, Manhattan, New York, USA. A golden/orange coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Hoppy, floral, citrus aroma. Tastes similar, hoppy, floral, citrus, some tropical fruit. Good stuff from Ithaca Beer Company.

Poured into a becher pint glass, the appearance was a crisp burnt golden orange color with a thin layer of a white foamy head quickly diminishes to a cap sustaining over top of the beer. Light lacing spiderwebs.
The aroma starts off with a bittersweet sharp citrus rind to honey sweet hops to malts blend. Subtle sweet melon.
The flavor leans sweet and then draws in a bitter to spicy contour of a combined white pepper to citric rind. Draws it together and allows a crisp sweet orange juicy to almost pulpy sticky crispness. Sly sweet citric to grassy aftertaste with a sly semi-wet and sweet finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a nice sessionability about it. Low carbonation yields a light acceptable stickiness.
Overall, really nice SMaSH by Ithaca. It’s been awhile since I had a new beer by them. They’re cranking out great beers.

Draught @ Malt and Mold. Hazy dull yellow with very small frothy whitish head, low carbonation, slightly tart bitter taste, a bit soapy, thin body, long bitter finish. Interesting, not so great.

After getting drenched in rain figured I deserved beer so swung into stags head. Haven’t had new Ithaca beer in great while. Dusty orange pour foamy head. Nose is grapefruit and pine. Tastes of bitter grapefruit, pine, resin, some tangerine and honey. Bitter and boozy. Fits the day
