Winterfest 2018. cloudy dark brown appearance. marshmallow. some red wine and grape skin like an Armagnac. Moderately sweet and the brandy works well.

Sampled from the tap at First Draft. Pours a clear amber with a gold hue and white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has chocolate and tootsie roll with a touch marshmallow and Belgian yeast. Flavor has tootsie roll and sweet grains with some Belgian yeast but finish is thin.

On tap at Stub& Herbs. Pours a clear clear orange with a gold hue and and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has sweet fruits, flora and sweet grains supporting. Flavor is also sweet with fruits, grains and a bit of flora underlying.

On tap at Hopcat Minneapolis. Pours a near clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has tart and sweet blueberry with a bit of pomegranate and sweet grains backing. Flavor has blueberry and a touch of pomegranate with flora and sweet grains backing.

Bottle pours out dark brown topped with a tan head. Nose is nice coffee vanilla whiskey and roast malts. Taste is more of the nice roast coffee whiskey vanilla chocolate sweetness.

16oz can pours out a hazy straw color topped with a white. Nose is spice light banana clove notes and a touch of pepper. Tatse is more of the nice sweet banana bread spice some wheat notes even.
