12 ounce can from Total Wine Greenfield, 5/25/19. Hazy orange, large foamy white head, good retention. Aroma of pale malt, resiny hops. Taste is earth, pepper, dry lemon, pale malt. Medium bodied, juicy, dry. More like a brut IPA than a NEIPA. Decent.

The Aromas are Amber malt, yeast and leather. Flavors are very sweet some bitter caramel and yeast. Heavy body and too sweet finish. Meh.

12 ounce can from Woodman's Sun Prairie, 2/17/19. Dark brown, large frothy brown head good retention. I'm getting moe typos (referring to a missed comma) (yes tath was more typos(and yes moe and tath are left intentionally)) in my ratings cause fuck ABInbev and VX. I'm pretty sure we're owned by someone not named VX, but the extremely fatal poison gas seems close enough. I digress. Aroma of toffee, caramel, nuts, hints of cherry. Taste is toffee, roast, nuts, cherry, and a buttery note. Medium bodied, well balanced. Tasty, warming. Sic? or Sic Semper Tyrannus?

This tastes a lot like a Belgian win, coriander, clove, some peach. Appropriately carbonated but I expected more bubbles with the champagne yeast.
