On so at the brewpub. Pours a near clear deep amber with a copper hue and an off white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has lots of grain and straw with some toffee underlying. Flavor has more of a caramel and toffee combination with some sweet grains supporting.

Cask at the brewpub. Pours a clear dull orange gold with a bubbly white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has notes of sweet citrus and grass with a bit of a sweet grain backbone. Flavor has much more of a bitter grapefruit note with some citrus and a grain backbone.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a near clear brown with a slight amber hue and a light brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has dark bread with a bit of coffee and a jalapeño bite supporting. Flavor is similar with dark grains and a bit of coffee that is supported by a jalapeño bite.

Pours clear golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, citrus, grape and orange. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter with a long malty and citrus fruity finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. I think this would have been even better if it was not from cask.
