(Bottle 33 cl) Pale golden with a neat little head. Lovely fresh hop aroma, and the hops also dominate the flavour although this really isn’t very bitter. This may be a low-carb diet pilsener, but it’s actually a decent brew of good quality by any standard. 170101

(Bottle 50 cl) Beautiful reddish brown colour with a tall handsome off-white head. Strong licorice in the aroma. Very soft, malty and delicious with some notes of chocolate also. A lovely Dunkelweizen. 100101

Fruity and spicy flavour. Huge white head that lasts. Very nice aroma. Excellent finish. One of the best Weisse I had. Not bad at all.

On draught (van Korff, Meschede): Deep amber, almost rust red, cloudy, huge foamy "rusty" head; A bit malty, but mainly fruity (citrus, apples(?)) nose; apple taste with a quite dry, a bit sourish, finish. Well made.

500 ml bottle, bought in Germany. ABV is 5.4%. Hazy amber colour, large slightly off-white head. "Absolutely fabulous" aroma, orgasmic in its abundancy of fruitiness and spiciness. Notes of leather too. Flavour is bit more restrained, still very nice with all the traditional hefe characteristics, wheaty and yeasty with cloves but also some caramel and brown bread. Aftertaste is, like with most wheat beers, very moderate but nice. Can you expect a hefeweizen to be much better than this?

(bottle) Murky brown body with a big foamy slightly off-white head, slowly lacing. Toastmalty and fruity (banana, grapefruit) aroma with yeast. Medium body, slight sweet flavour. Initally toastmalty taste with a slightly fruity finish with notes of caramel. Nice.

A light orange beer with a huge white head. The is sweet wheaty with primary notes going in the citrusy way, but also hints of banana, and hops. The flavor is clean wheaty with medium notes of banana, but also some citrus notes. The end is dry wheaty. I like the cleaness of this one - I believe it is the best Kristallweizen I’ve had.

Bottle. Bubblegum and clove aroma. LIght golden yellow - lightly cloudy and moderate head. Wheat banana flavor - slightly tart. An easy-drinking, full flavored Weizen.

Bottle. Quite clear golden colour. Big stable white head. OK wheaty flavour. Taste is quite good for a kristall. Aftertaste a little sweet.
