Sample at GABF 10/03/2014, thanks to my sis for assistance with note-taking. Clear bright reddish-amber color with a thin and creamy light beige head that diminishes gradually to a dense film. Small patches of lace. Aroma of malt, hops and rye. Light-bodied with flavors of chocolate malt, hops and mildly spicy rye. The finish is malty with rye undertones. Interesting beer, decent overall.

[ As Willoughby Cosmic IPA ].Clear medium yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, grass, citrus, spicy hops. Flavour is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, citrus, grass, dry, hoppy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20140516]

Golden colour with a white head. Aroma is pine, citrus, grapefruit. Flavour is pine, citrus, grapefruit, peaches, grass. Bitter finish. Medium to full body. OK beer.

A red beer with a huge orangey head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and alcohol. The flavor is sweet with notes of alcohol, bread, and caramel, leading to a dry alcoholic finish.

cloudy brown, large smooth brown head. aroma is malty, slightly herbal. flavor is sweet malty, caramelly, strong bitter nutty or spicy. very flavorfull.

Pours hazy brown with a huge off white head. Aroma is toasted malty and slight breadish. Overripe fruity. Bitter, roasted and dry dark malty. Roasted. Overripe fruity. Light bubblegum. Roasted finish.

Sample at Pigskin Sports Bar & Grill as part of Ohio Brew Week. Clear straw color with a medium white head that dissipates steadily. Short strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of grassy hops and biscuit malt. Light-bodied with flavors of herbal hops, fruit and toasted malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a short grassy hop aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.

Sample at the Big Tap In on 05/31/2014. Clear orange color with a medium thick foamy white head that dissipates steadily. Stringy lacing. Aroma of citrus, hops and malt. Medium-bodied with flavors of grapefruit, herbal hops and toasted malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a citrusy hops aftertaste. Above average overall.

Growler pours thanks to Darrel. Pours out a nice black topped with a small tan head. Nose is great roast malts sweet milk chocolate peanut butter and little trang. Taste is nice peanut butter cup is a great name the taste is on target.

Pours slightly hazy golden wth small white head. Clear aroma of hops, with subtle notes of citrus. Intense, bitter flavour of hops, with touches of citrus and grassy notes. Subtle sweetish hints to offset the bitterness. Lingering, bitter aftertaste. Nice and clean.
