Clear brown. Diluted caramel sauce, candied fig, red apple. Sweet fig & syrup; sour blackberry, raisin. Bitter herbal hops, sweet-sour dried fruits. Medium body, average carbonation. Certainly not bad. Labeled as 'no style' by the brewer, although any style might have given it a bit more direction.

Pours black, no head. Scent is Tonka beans (overpowering). Taste is fairly sharp, tonka-intense. Roasty, coffee in the back. Thin body, low carbo. Not my style of stout.

Pours unclear blonde. no head. Scent is PF, taste is sharp, mildly tart, PF, strawberry-like aspects from the guava. Could use a bit more acidity, but nice nevertheless.

Small white rim over unclear yellow beer. Fruity, passion fruit, green leaves, lactic acid, mineral. Ticking all the boxes. Sweet-sour. Definitely passion fruit, but the sugary sweetness worries me - why art thou not consumed by the Yeasts? Light, tart - just enough carbonation; acidthinning and -burn. Nice one to have tried.

Clear dark brown to black beer, small creamy off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: very roasted, coconut, cocoa powder, coffee, dry impression. MF: soft to no carbon, medium body. Taste: very bitter, dry, roasted, oxidized, hint of chocolate. Aftertaste: some alcohol, dried fruits, roasted, bitter, coconut, ok.

Clear gold yellow beer, practically no head. Aroma: lots of cinnamon, tonka beans, sweet impression. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: sourish start, lots of tonka beans, pretty sweet, some alcohol cinnamon notes, good! Aftertaste: a bit sweet, sourish, soft acidity, tonka beans, cinnamon, good!
