Description
This is the story of 5 Intenables (''impossibles'')who did not know what to do with their hyperactivity, resulting in a microbrewery .... and we do not intend to stop there!

Les Intenables is not just a brasserie – it is a place of conviviality where creativity and friendship mingle in every sip. Founded by a close-knit group of friends sharing a passion for artisanal know-how and a refreshing lack of seriousness, our microbrewery is a place where good beer and shared moments are in the spotlight.

Can. A mild haze on this slightly yellowish gold beer, small and short lived bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, a very mild dryness, good fine minerally carbonation. Light bodied pale malts, bordering thin, still delivering a very light creamy sweetness. All things said and done, El Dorado is a bit of weird hop. Getting the expected Sakura vibe here but, there is also a little floral melon and very light touches of floral candy fruits and sweetish mandarin. Light crispy finish brings a mild hop spice nip. Enjoyed this a lot, good dipa bringing a rarely soloed hop into the deserved spotlight.

Can shared. Hazy golden. Peachy, oats, yoghurt, zesty, pine, grassy, alcohol. Medium sweet and bitter. Over medium bodied. A bit of a mess of a lot of different things. Meh.

330ml can, one my sister brought back from a trip to Strasbourg.
Pours a slightly hazed amber with a beige head. Aroma of bready malts, gingerbread, nutmeg, probably other spices. Taste of sweet bready malts, honey, gingerbread, nutmeg, cinnamon, none of the spice overpowers though. Light-medium bodied, thinner than expected at this ABV. It's fine.

Can shared. Hazy yellow. Massive pineapple, oats, boost, sugar, mango, weedy hops, peach. Quite sweet, less bitter. Medium bodied, boozy finish. This is why I dont love double NEIPAs

Pours milkshake-hazy yellow, muddy. Scent is mild, very creamy impression but very little hops. Taste is full, hoppowder, exhausting powdery body. Somehow has hopburn but little hoparoma. Very lactic (not actual lactose, just the thickness and sweetness of it) . One of those modern hazy's, that put most effort in the haze, not the quality.

Can. Blue and Yellow planets on this can and the scratch and reveal on it says this is Bru 1 hopped. A light haze on this yellowish gold beer, small and short lived white head. Palate is light and semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light bodied pale malts, a thin but pleasing creamy sweetness. Bru-1 brings crisp cooling pine and hop spice and that rather splendid broad spectrum hop fruitiness that starts with light citrus, moves through lighter stone fruits and ends on more obvious tropical fruits. Dominant flavours are spicy mandarin, melon and ripe pineapple. Light finish leaves a good hop spicy fruity linger. If memory serves, this is only my second single hop Bru 1 dipa and, it's a triumph. A much underrated and underused hop imho.
