Description
This is the story of 5 Intenables (''impossibles'')who did not know what to do with their hyperactivity, resulting in a microbrewery .... and we do not intend to stop there!
Les Intenables is not just a brasserie – it is a place of conviviality where creativity and friendship mingle in every sip. Founded by a close-knit group of friends sharing a passion for artisanal know-how and a refreshing lack of seriousness, our microbrewery is a place where good beer and shared moments are in the spotlight.

Pours milkshake-hazy yellow, muddy. Scent is mild, very creamy impression but very little hops. Taste is full, hoppowder, exhausting powdery body. Somehow has hopburn but little hoparoma. Very lactic (not actual lactose, just the thickness and sweetness of it) . One of those modern hazy's, that put most effort in the haze, not the quality.

Panda at home, thanks to Kenneth, 11/12/2025.
Lightly hazed golden orange topped with an off white cap that dissipates to a swirl.
Nose is pineapple, grass, pine nibble, ripe melon, papaya.
Taste comprises grapefruit, grass, pine tickle, mandarin, guava.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come lightly resinous hop bitterness.
Tidy DIPA.

Can. Blue and Yellow planets on this can and the scratch and reveal on it says this is Bru 1 hopped. A light haze on this yellowish gold beer, small and short lived white head. Palate is light and semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light bodied pale malts, a thin but pleasing creamy sweetness. Bru-1 brings crisp cooling pine and hop spice and that rather splendid broad spectrum hop fruitiness that starts with light citrus, moves through lighter stone fruits and ends on more obvious tropical fruits. Dominant flavours are spicy mandarin, melon and ripe pineapple. Light finish leaves a good hop spicy fruity linger. If memory serves, this is only my second single hop Bru 1 dipa and, it's a triumph. A much underrated and underused hop imho.
