500 ml bottle from Home Bargains. Pours pale gold with a dissipating white head. Light apple aroma. Taste: sweet apple, light acidity, low tannins. Light body with sparkling carbonation. Simple but fair.

500ml bottle from Home Bargains, Newark. Sparkling golden colour, white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of fruity apple, some skin and core. Taste is sweet, apple, fruity, very slight orchardy funk hint, and with alittle acidity & tannin. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, sweet lightly tart & tannic finish. Quite drinkable.

440ml can: BB 15th February 2022. Dirty brown body, off-white affair on top. Aroma holds chocolate and vanilla esters, the taste is a sweet vanilla and chocolate mixture, so it does what the can says!

330ml can from Home Bargains, Filton. Golden in colour, with a slight haze and tight, white, head. Sweetish aroma of citrus hops, tangerine and lemon fruits. Flavour of rich tea malts, a touch more fruit and a hint of earthiness, leading to a dryish finish. Fine.

Didn't have my glasses on so failed to spot that this is Home Bargains own brand. From their Byfleet store. Aroma is weet with some peel. Clear light gold. A few translucent white bubbles soon burst. Ligh bitter and otherwise pretty sweet. Some peel on the edge. Light. Thin. Flat-average carbonation. Long somewhat dry finish. Nice on a hot day. As my wife said, This could just be apple juice.

Dark brown colour with lasting head. Milk chocolate and vanilla are definitely dominant. Too sweet but just about doable.

[44cl can from Home Bargains, Bracknell.] A hazy pale hay coloured pour with a ring of white head; citrus aroma; weak mango taste with a watery body; and a touch of fruity bitterness to end. Rather insipid.

[44cl can from Home Bargains, Bracknell.] A peaty brown coloured pour with a thin khaki coloured head; aroma of chocolate and vanilla; rather thin in the mouth with a sweet chocolate and vanilla taste; then a rich chocolatey finish with a hint of orange and more vanilla. Better than expected.
