Description
We first started Carnival in a kitchen in Liverpool after a fundraising event at the Clearview Carnival, 2017. It is where we met and started the journey of Carnival Brewing Company over a love of music and beer. Now here we are, developing our very own fundraiser for the future endeavours of Carnival.

Rocky tan head stayed on a near black still body. Coal, earthy & bitter malted aroma. Medium bodied, creamy & sharp on the back with a dry aft. Malt, chocolate, burnt & bitter pithy tastes with a hoppy finish. Not bad.

30/8/2021. Can sample courtesy of SHIG, cheers. Pours cloudy dark orange brown with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of porridge oats, raspberry, hedgerow berries, vanilla, fruit salad, wood, ashtray. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness, light tartness. Medium body, average carbonation. Interesting/curious brew that would have also ticked the box for Liverpool's much lamented Mad Hatter.
