Sample thanks to Grumbo! Golden yellow appearance. Taste is a little odd, perhaps due to wooden barrel aging / fermentation. White bread, old books, aged cheese and moderately sweet apple fruit form its basis, with an oily wine-like acidity and some lingering woody notes. A bit strange.

Sample thanks to Grumbo! Golden amber appearance. Bears some curious pastry notes alongside characterful apple fruit that I find hard to describe. Some berry hints, brown sugar, apple pie. Interesting.
