Crafted from apples grown in the challenging yet rewarding conditions of a Lake District fellside, our cider has a depth and complexity which reflects the land which yields it. Long summer days and refreshing rain, together with a cool environment for fermenting and maturing, combine to create a richly-flavoured cider.
Mosser Cider can only be found in outlets which take pride in local Cumbrian produce as well as excellent food and drink.

75cl bottle from Beer Ambleside. Pours a clear deep gold, still. Aroma of natural cider apple juice. Quite juicy to taste, subtle tannin, lovely balanced fruit with a moderate sweetness, tart moments with a little core creeping into view. Lovely drinkability.

75cl bottle from Beer Ambleside. Pours a clear golden amber. Aroma of mild caramelised fruit, orchard warmth, oak. Flavour profile builds on this, crisp palate, nicely natural feel, apple juice, soft tannin, gentle oak, crunchy apple core with emerging fruit definition that lingers nicely on the finish alongside a soft woody touch. Lovely blend this.
