Crafted from apples grown in the challenging yet rewarding conditions of a Lake District fellside, our cider has a depth and complexity which reflects the land which yields it. Long summer days and refreshing rain, together with a cool environment for fermenting and maturing, combine to create a richly-flavoured cider.
Mosser Cider can only be found in outlets which take pride in local Cumbrian produce as well as excellent food and drink.

75cl bottle from Beer Ambleside. Appearance - golden yellow to orange. Flat or close to it. Nose - apple skin, dry apple fruit and hay. Taste - a bit fresher in terms of apple fruit this time. Still a bit of apple skin in the mix. Maybe something a bit cinnamon as it implies strudel a little bit. Palate - light bodied, tangy dry middle and finish. Decent acidity. Overall - nice.
