Bottle at cgarvieuk tasting. Appearance - amber with a slightly off-white head. Nose - redcurrant. Spicy biscuit. Taste - more red fruit, but more orange this time. And more of the spiced biscuit. Palate - crunchy texture, long dry middle and finish. Almost astringent but ok. Overall - ok if a bit challenging.

Bottle thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - hazy orange. Nice lacing. Nose - pine and lavender. Red fruit. Taste - numbing green herb bitterness then sweet orange fruit. Somewhere in the middle there's a dry wood thing. Palate - medium bodied and dry, then sweet Overall - very interesting and pretty good.

330ml bottle [courtesy of Grumbo - thank you very much!]. Minimally milky, orangey golden colour with average to huge, thick, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Minimally bretty, funky aroma (infection?), hints of bubblegum, strawberry, minimally biscuity, pale malty background. Taste is minimally sweet, caramel malty, quite dry, minimally bretty, funky, peppery spicy. Probably a case of infection with felicitious outcome. Nice.

Light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Airy and slightly soft palate, decent fine carbonation. The malts are light and mildly sweet. Hops bring a perfumey mango, peach and citric vibe. Modest hop spice. Smooth pine. More spice on the finish. Not bad at all. Could do without the perfume but this breweries beers have come a long way in the right direction.
