Can: Poured a yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hops notes with some faint malty sweet notes. Taste is also a mix of citrusy hops notes with some sweet malty notes and no bitterness noticeable. Body is pretty full with good carbonation. OK but hops are not at the forefront.

Bottle: Poured a hazy reddish color ale with a medium size foamy head with limited retention and light lacing. Aroma of funky ester and some oak presence with blackberry and light hibiscus notes. Taste is a mix of tart notes with some funky ester and some blackberry notes and some hibiscus notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Nice fruity wild ale with good drinkability.

A deep dark stout with no head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, light caramel, vanilla, alcohol warmth, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet chocolate malt with dark fruits, vanilla, light licorice, very nice. On tap at Festibiere D'hiver de Gatineau 2023.

Pamplemousse et clou de girofle sont les deux premiers aromes qui sautent au nez. On sent bien les accents de la levure saison tels le poivre, la cardamone et le gingembre. Ça semble assez bien balancé entre le coté citrique des houblons et la levure. On dénote également un fond miellé de céréales. Le liquide est jaune et flou. La mousse de taille moyenne et rocailleuse est plutôt persistante. En bouche, le fruité des houblons est doux et en équilibre avec la levure. L’environnement gustatif nous donne une impression de verdure poivrée avec une finale herbeuse et résineuse qui lui confère une fin de bouche moyennement amère. Intéressant mélange de notes épicées (poivre, clou de girofle et cannelle) avec un houblonnage bien citrique relevant également un fond de fruit de la passion. Complexité remarquable des saveurs. Intéressante hybride entre une NEIPA et une Saison Belge. Parfaitement équilibrée. O:8.98 V:3.71 G:9.56 C:4.0 G:16.0 T:42.25

Hazed amber colour with a big frothy beige head, long retention, leaving some thick foamy-creamy lacing. Fruity malt nose giving hints of strawberries, some caramel malt base and decent grassy hops. The rye starts to be felt, and even more in the flavours with some good grainy and spicy notes. Still getting a touch of strawberry. Big dryness comes in the finish. An interesting dry-rye IPA with some nice fruitiness.

Dark brown colour with ruby highlights, a big head that frothy, creamy, mocha-coloured with good retention and some thick foamy lacing. Roasted malt aromas with a touch of dark fruits, hop-boozy-bitterness with calming oats, caramel. The taste shows less hop, only hints of caramel, but all of the rest - just milder. Not too heavy of a mouthfeel with not overly dry. A nice smooth Oatmeal Stout that blends everything well, even the rye.

Darker brown colour with copper-ruby highlights. The head is mocha-coloured, big, creamy with very good retention and creamy lacing left. Chocolate, roasted malt base with cacao notes, hints of vanilla and herbal hops. The mouthfeel is crisp and quite refreshing for the style. The taste is smoother, milder, but still shows the darker malts with the grassy hops coming out in the end. A nicely balanced Black IPA with the hops blended with the chocolates notes.

Hazy golden-orange colour with a nice frothy-bubbly white head, good retention and some creamy-bubbly lacing. Lemon zest aromas creating some nice bitterness, with orange juice undertones. The bitterness-dryness does show up in the mouth. Some grassy notes, which with the bitterness and dryness cuts the juiciness, so a good brew, but not a full NEIPA.

Lightly hazy, bright golden colour with a bubbly-frothy white head and some foamy lacing. Bitter nose with some grassiness and hints of citrus. Some bitterness in the taste for sure with a nice blend of grass and citrus. Good dryness in the finish. Nothing too heavy, and fairly refreshing overall. A decent West Coast IPA that is not a hopbomb, but a nicely balanced one.

Torréfaction intense au nez. Café fort accompagné de notes céréalières et biscuitées. Noire et opaque. Mousse d’épaisseur moyenne, effervescente mais quand même assez persistante. En bouche c’est rond, bien torréfié, céréalier, avec une finale très amère à la sauce terreuse et âpre de torréfaction intense. La carbonatation est assez relevée, ce qui atténue la douceur. Un fond sucré fait sentir sa présence. Bien charpentée, amère avec un fond de sucré, cette Stout à tout pour plaire aux vrais amateurs. O:7.13 V:3.3 G7.29 C:4.21 G:15.44 T:37.37
