O:7.2 V:4.75 G:7.25 C:3.25 G:15.4 T:37.85

Clean amber colour with a light beige bubbly head, decent stay and lots of soapy lacing spots left. The aromas remind me of a Pilsner with the spiciness, maltiness and the amber side of this beer brings some fruitiness to mix it all. The taste has a touch of sourness with the darker-fruity malts. No spicy notes here though. A tad grass-herbal which comes out eventually. Hints of wheat-bananas all-around. Get a little hazed as it pours. Not sure if infection in this one, but probably my least favourite from this brewery.

Nicely hazed for a light beer, bright light-golden colour with vivid carbonation giving a big white frothy head, good retention and chunky foam lacing left. Beautiful fresh, hoppy aromas for the style, with the Hallertau hops giving a flowery nose, but also getting some nice citrus notes in here and some fresh herbs. The mouthfeel is thinner, as the style should be and the taste is milder. Still, some decent corn notes, a floral touch with some herbal hints. Definitely does not look like a light beer, and way more punch for one from a microbrewery.

Cloudy pinkish colour with a red hue a creamy light-pink head, good retention and loads of lacing. Guava aromas with a touch of blackcurrant. Hints of vanilla, pretzel comes out with time. The taste has some decent sourness with the two fruits. Light tart lingers on the tongue. A crips mouthfeel with a little dryness in the finish. A well-balance fruity sour beer with the guava and blackburrant nicely blended.

2023 edition, now 9 months in the Bourbon barrels. Nicely unfiltered amber colour with smaller particles, golden highlights, a light-beige head, decent retention and leaving lots of foamy lacing. At first, getting some mild Bourbon notes in the nose, then some peaty notes, and with time - the caramel and dark fruits of the Barleywine come out. Very smooth, silky mouthfeel with a slight warming-bitter, drying finish. The flavours are well-blended together with nothing really sticking out. Not too smokey, not to sweet with the Bourbon and the dark fruits, caramel malts. This makes this Barleywine very drinkable, with a nice blend for Whiskey or Bourbon drinkers.

Lightly hazed, very light, bright golden-yellow colour with a white cap, average stay and some decent foamy lacing. Lemon zest aromas with a grainy note, mild oats and hints of spices. The mouthfeel is wet with just a touch of dryness. Lemon peel flavours with again, a tad spices. A nice Witbier with a little more lemony aspect, over orange that feels like a light one, but 5% ABV is there.
