Lightly hazed, bright golden-yellow colour with a bubbly white cap, staying just a little time, not leaving much lace. Mild peach aromas that disappear a bit after breathing, leaving a touch of wild ale sourness. The taste is a little sour with some tart in the finish, lingering. The peaches are nice a fresh, on the fruity side. No essences here, nor fake sweetness. A very mild, peachy-sour ale that is very drinkable.

Fairly clean, amber colour with golden highlights, a nice frothy light-beige head, good stay and some decent spot of soapy lacing. Fresh cereal malts in the nose with some hints of rye, nuttiness, maple and wood. The taste has the grassy hops cut the sweetness of the brown sugars and darker breads. A touch of bubblegum is there, so I guess wheat comes in play. Quite a refreshing Oktoberfest that does the job.

Very lightly hazed, very light beige-yellow colour with a big fluffy-frothy white cap, long lasting and leaving full wavy, creamy lacing. Getting some pear aromas, which is not what I expected, but I like. Puckering in the mouth with sourness, but does not last too long, and not much tart is really left for the style. Lightly salty with some nice berry notes. Very refreshing, and quite a nice, unique Gose all-around.

Lightly hazy, bright, light golden-yellow colour with tiny particles floating around, a white frothy head, decent retention and thick creamy-foamy lacing left. Beautiful fresh pear aromas with apples notes, so quite fruity. The taste shows the fruit, but some nice Saison grassiness comes through, with a citrus bite and decent dryness. Quite a nice pear Saison that goes down well.

Lightly hazy, golden colour with lots of guava particles fibres floating around, a small white cap, with a ring of bubbles left. Fresh, guava fruity aromas with a herbal touch in the background. The hops show a little more in the taste, creating a cool-minty feel with a good dryness. The fruit comes out in the finish, lingering nicely. Mild tart is left on the tongue. Not the most beautiful brew, but quite interesting to have the fruity guava and IPA refreshment.

A blonde saison with a thin lacing white. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, light fruity esters, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light banana esters, cloves, light mineral notes, pleasant. On tap at À la Dérive.

A copper brown ale with a thin creamy light mocha head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with light grassy hops, nutty notes, light cereals, nice coffee, pleasant. In mouth, a nice caramel malt with light grassy hops, smooth coffee grind, musty character, light mineral notes, pleasant. On tap at brewery.

A hazed milky golden blonde ipa with a very thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, guava, light tropical fruits, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, guava paste, pleasant. On tap at brewery.

A milky yellow blonde saison with no head. In aroma, tart peach, light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, a nice mix of tart berries, peaches, light Epsom salts, pleasant. On tap at brewery.
