Des malts subtilement grillés et un tantinet briochés font office d’olfactif élégant mais peu puissant. De couleur ambré / cuivré, le liquide est bien limpide. La mousse effervescente de taille moyenne persiste moyennement. Le coté brioché ressort un peu plus en bouche avec des notes légèrement grillées et sucrées. Des notes de pain, de brioche miellée, de sucre d’orge. Les houblons sont légèrement terreux mais surtout épicés sans toutefois provoquer une trop grande amertume. Richesse maltée et amertume douce font de cette Marzen une bière très facile à boire. O:6.35 V:4.47 G:8.5 C:3.8 G:16.13 T:39.25

Taste is a mix of caramelized malt with some maple notes and a flavorful finish. Body is fuller than average for style with good carbonation. Well brewed maple amber with more flavors than I was expecting.

Taste is a mix of clean cereal notes with faint residual sugar notes and light dry hops notes. Body is average for style with good carbonation. Easily enjoyable lager with clean aftertaste.

Pours a hazy golden-beige colour with an amber hue. The head is bubbly-soapy, off-white with low retention and not much lace. Herbal, alcohol, lemon zest and some spiciness in the nose. The taste shows orange juice, some zestiness and the dryness average. Hints of tropical fruits. A nice, easy-going, juicy IPA with four good hops.

Enjoyed May 19, 2023 at the brewpub (first beer had at the bar). Darker brown colour with copper highlights, a bubbly light-beige head and good cloudy lacing. You can taste the maple sap as soon as it hits your lips, with an added sweetness from the wheat, that lingers banana notes. Hints of chocolate malt. The nose show the bananas-wheat with the maple coming after breathing. The base shows some fruity and chocolate malts. The mouthfeel is wet, slightly sticky, but with a cutting, dry finish. Tart is left, a tad wood. Even bitterness shows up late, but present. Not a bad brown ale with maple and lot more happening.

Hazy golden colour with a frothy-bubbly white cap, average retention and some light lacing streaks. Citrus-fruity aromas at first with some mild tangerines, but after breathing a bit, the grassiness comes out with a tad spiciness. The taste shows lemon zest and some drying hoppiness. A touch of warming alcohol. A milder IPA with more spicy-bitterness, that is fairly thin.

Hazy, light golden colour with a small white bubbly head, not much stay and a few bubbles around the ring. Citrus (lemon mostly), witbier yeast aromas with a touch of lavender. The taste shows the orange side of the citrus with the mild lavender lingering. An interesting perfumy witbier and fun to try once.
