Des effluves caramélisés assorties de pruneaux et de dattes dans un environnement boisé et vineux font foi d’un ensemble olfactif richement malté et maturé.
Liquide ambré profond tirant sur le brun avec reflets orangés et assez flou.
Mousse très épaisse, consistante et persistante.
En bouche, c’est caramélisé et fruité avec une très légère acidité de fermentation et de vieillissement.
Des phénols poivrés s’installent également en s’agençant à un environnement boisé et subtilement chaleureux.
Des notes de caramel sont certes perçues, mais également des fruits noirs et une délicate base de vin rouge.
La finale plutôt sucrée et boisée présente une amertume moyennement faible.
Une bière bien complexe et parfaitement équilibrée en saveurs.

Arômes d'agrumes rappelant le pamplemousse et les fruits à chair blanche tel la poire.
Olfactif dominé par les houblons.
Le liquide est jaune paille et flou.
La mousse épaisse et très dense, crémeuse et persistante à souhait.
En bouche, c'est houblonné, avec du pamplemousse, de la poire, du raisin blanc et autres fruits à chair blanche.
La finale est très sèche, avec une amertume somme toutemoyenne, formée de zeste d'agrumes et d'accents terreux.
Un espèce de mélange NEIPA avec IPA brute.
La carbonatation est moyennement élevée mais pas encore assez pour une IPA brut.
Bien agréable mais plus près d'une NEIPA que d'une IPA brut.
