Bottle: Poured a clear pale yellow color ale with a nice large foamy white head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of light corn notes with dry hoppy notes with not as much flavours as I was expecting. Taste is a mix of light corn malt notes with some dry hops notes with light Sauvignon notes. Body is light with good carbonation. Not bad but Nelson Sauvin hops did not come through as much as I was expecting.

Bottle: Poured a clear dark copper color ale with a nice large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of light smoked cherry wood with some dry toffee notes is quite exquisite and well balanced. Taste is also a good mix of cherry smoked flavours with some dry toffee notes and some caramel malt notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Very solid mix of style with well-balanced flavours.

Bottle: Poured a clear light golden color ale with a light foamy head with OK retention and no lacing. Aroma of light sour notes is refreshing. Taste is a mix of tart notes with light cereal notes also detectable. Body is about average with medium carbonation. Not bad but I have seen better example of the style.

Bottle: Poured a deep clear copper color lager with a nice off-white foamy head with good retention and some light lacing. Aroma of caramelized malt notes is more powerful then I was expecting. Taste is dominated by sweet caramelized malt notes with some light cereal notes also discernable. Body is about average with good carbonation. Not bad but caramelization level was higher than I was expecting and a bit too much residual sugar for the style IMO.

Pours a hazy very light yellow colour with a foamy white head, some decent stay and lots of soapy lacing. Nice spicy nose with the coriander and Belgian Ale yeast with sweet orange notes. Even hints of honey. The taste does not really replicate this. More grainy, but super mild with some light hops in the finish. Some bad water flavours with a little apples. Started well, but did not finish nicely. Not a good experience from this brewery.
