Light golden-yellow colour with a bunch of floating, transparent particles, a white head, decent stay and sticky, thin foamy lacing. Pineapple aromas that give the sweetness, with some balance from the sour limes in the background. Same for flavours with a light puckering sourness lingering a little. A pretty decent sour with the pineapple (which is not selling item for me), but nicely blended with the limes.

Can: Poured a yellow color ale with a medium size foamy head with OK retention and light lacing. Aroma of tart notes with some pineapple and lime notes is also clearly identifiable. Taste is a mix of simple tart notes with some pineapple and lime notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Enjoyable but not overly complex.

Hazed golden colour, by a bunch of tiny particles, looking like coriander spices and citrus peel flakes - floating all-around. Orange-lemon zest aromas with the mild spices. Gets full hazy as it pours, with even more particles in there. A smooth, almost silky mouthfeel. Decent citrus peel flavours with milder wheat grains. Some mineral notes are felt in the finish - mild dryness. Not a bad Orange Wheat beer, but not the "Witbier" standard I like.

A porter this thin is kinda doomed to mediocrity. Lots of vanilla and sweet chocolate, but a bit of a muddle.

A thin white head on a red mahogany body. Nose is sweet with banana and malt. Big brown sugar up front with malt, Belgian yeast featuring banana, raisins and candied fruit. dense and slick but not too cloying.

Fresh hops and soap on the nose. The taste leads with big juicy grapefruit hops with sweet malt and that touch of soap. This is easily the knarliest hop beer every produced by Mill St. A nice creamy mouth feel. A bit raw, but a real party for hop-bombers.

A tasty and complex IPA packing a significant taste profile at a relatively low ABV level. A dark caramel-coloured body delivers a roasted malt and earthy hop beer that is both refreshing and challenging. Hops range from earthy to citrus. The malt is bready with toffee and a touch of spice. Well crafted
