Céréales fraiches et notes de pain, houblons subtilement épicés et herbacés composent un olfactif tout à fait typique. Liquide doré et limpide, fortement effervescent et couvert d’un col de taille moyenne, rocailleux et persistant. L’entrée de bouche est très céréalière avec des notes d’écorce de grain. L’amertume est intense et on sent bien un dry-hop particulièrement Européen. Subtiles notes de pain légèrement miellées. Coté herbacé intense et particulièrement vert. On-tap: Poured a cloudy/hazy yellow/beige color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some good amount of lacing. Aroma of citrus hops undertones with some juicy hops notes. Taste is a good mix of citrusy notes with some tropical notes and smooth finish with light residual sugar notes. Body is pretty full with good carbonation. Enjoyable NEIPA with kveik yeast strain results in a smooth aftertaste.

Can: Poured a golden color ale with a small white foamy head with light retention and good lacing. Aroma of sour notes with some very finat hoppy notes. Taste is also dominated by sour notes with little else noticeable flavour wise. Body is about average with good carbonation. Somewhat one-dimensional.

A hazed golden Weisse with a thin white head. In aroma, nice sweet fruity malt with light banana esters, light acidity and ground cherry, light Brett, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light acidity, light lemony notes, light ground cherry, very nice. On tap at Mabrasserie.
