Helder geel bier met mooie schuimkraag. Smaak is krachtig en lichtzoet met iets van vanille, honing en sinaasappel.

The aroma and flavour both have an interesting fruitiness with sweet apples and pears. Also slightly perfumed and floral.

A beautiful, golden colour, a head is white and quite big. Aroma is storngly fruity, perries, juniper, some aromatic flowers. Taste has oranges and fruitness, some honey and peppery spicyness. Medium bodied, fresh, quite strong carbonation. Quite personal, juniper notes with the otherwise traditional flavours.

Clear medium golden colour, small frothy white head, good retention, recedes slowly to a thin layer with yeast islets, stays till the end, light lacing. Aroma grainy, juniper, yeasty, vanilla, alcohol, floral hops. Taste medium sweet and light bitter, grainy, fruity. Medium body, creamy texture, average carbonation, aftertaste mild bittersweet, alcohol well hidden. Overall a fresh, delicate and well-balanced ale, quite good.

330ml bottle. Cloudy golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Fruity aroma has notes of apple. apple purée, yellow berries, stone fruit, sweet-ish malty basis, a touch of cider and calvados, floral yeasty overtones. Taste is fruity, notes of unfiltered apple juice, apple purée, cider, subtle hints of powder sugar sweetness, biscuit, a cautious vanilla touch. Harmonious, integrated, well balanced - really nice.
