bottiglia 33 cl, 8,5% vol., bel cappello di schiuma bianca media grana persistente, color giallo smorto torbido, al naso esteri agrumi frutta gialla marmellata di pesche note floreali, in bocca tante spezie frutta gialla coriandolo note erbacee, carbonazione forte, corpo medio, alcool ben bilanciato, lieve dolce con amaro accentuato, ben attenuata secca asciutta nel finale. Ogni tanto una Belgian Strong Ale italiana fatta bene. Molto buona. c. Birraland.it 13.05.22

33cl bottle from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. 2020 vintage. Pours fairly hazy, orange gold, with no foam. Aroma is intense, if grapes, wood, oxidation. Body is average, with moderate carbonation. Some salivation induced. Taste is markedly sour. Final is fairly short.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours transparent blonde, with very fine and stable white foam. Aroma is intensely fruity, orange peel, yeasty, and honey. Body is average, with weak carbonation. Taste is fairly sweet, with a little chewy feeling in the final, which is pretty long.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours clear slightly amber blonde, with fine, somewhat irregular, white foam. Aroma is malty, herbaceous, earthy. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium bitter, with good sweetness behind. Final is average.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours pale yellow, medium transparent, with plenty of white creamy foam, fine, and quite an ongoing carbonation activity in the glass. Aroma is citrus, hoppy, a little resinous. Body is slightly thin, with moderate carbonation. Taste is very moderately bitter, rather delicate. Final is fairly dry.

Big 75cl bottle. Pours a lovely light and red cherry, quite clear, basically no head. Aroma is grape, vinuous, umami, light herbal and earthy note. Medium body. Flavour is smooth and lightly sweet. No malt character really but strong vinuous wine character. Lovely grape profile yet extremely drinkable for an IGA, with low acidity. Super pleasant, very good IGA.
