Draught (Stockholm Beer Festival 2010) - Dark brown in colour. Liquorice and smoked malt feature in the aroma. Roasted taste with more liquorice and smoky notes detected. Enjoyable and interesting.

Draught at SBWF 2010, cons 2010-10-08, Nacka AR: sweet licorice, carbonation AP: dark brown colored body, 1 cm creamy head F: sweet licorice, plum, oak, spices, couldn’t take to much of this one would have ruined the taste buds to much. Must be rerated! Very friendly brewer - telling us about the usage of snuf and seaweed and what not in the brewing process!

50 cl bottle @ FairBar. Almost black with medium creamy brown head. Flavour is roasted malt, chocolate, coffee, licorice and dried fruit.

Draught @ Borefts Bier Festival 2010, Brouwerij de Molen, Overtocht 43, Bodegraven, Netherlands.Clear medium to dark orange color with a large, creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, toffee, butter, light to moderate hoppy, citrus, orange. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100924]
