Bottle 50 cl. Pours a deep golden with a slight haze and a small, white head. Fruity, vaguely yeasty nose. Medium body, malty sweet, slightly biscuity, some fruitiness and a very subdued bitterness. Very little wheat impact - certainly only wheat malt but not wheat yeast. 070619

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy, deep golden - bordering amber - with a tiny, white head. Odd candle wax aroma. Medium body, sweet caramellish malt with a vague, underlying tartness. Next to no hops. Utterly harmless. 070619

50 cl bottle poured into a Tulip. Hazy golden amber colour with a thin white head. Fruity aroma with citrus, tangerines, floral hops and grasses. Taste is light bitter. Medium bodied. Slightly drying fruity finish. Ok.

50 cl bottle from a Netto discounter. Hazy amber colour with a fast fading off-white head. Sweet aroma with caramel malts, berries and a spiced note. Chocolate. Taste is sweet. Medium bodied. Sweet finish with fruits and caramel malts. Ok.

Not to be confused with the Midtfyns Ginger and Wasabi pale ale that is 0.1% stronger. Ratebeer facepalm! Light haze on this gold beer, a few white bubbles. Thin dry palate. Dry thin fruity ginger. Wasabi twang, but not the nostril stripping kind, not even close. Thin floral fruity ginger finish. Some good flavours here but the palate is feckin hard work, thin and dry!
