Bottle shared at Chriso’s post GBBF minidig, 16/08/14 acquired from Brasserie 420 in Feb ’14. Hazed orange amber with moderate off white spotting and edgework. Nose carries big woody vibes, spice, caramel malt, bitter orange, light tropicana, jammy apricot, oak barrel. Taste comprises bitter tropicals, spice, orange pith, oaky wood, pine. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Hops have faded slightly, more melding towards a barley wine/american strong but still a tasty number.

Bottle from Voldby Købmandsgaard - pours black with thin tan head. Nice mix of both roasted (slightly burned) malts and fruity hoppy notes in the aroma and taste, chocolate, cocoa, liquorice, verging more sweet than bitter on the palate until the finish. Very nice brew.
