Ins Glas ergießt sich ein klares goldenes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hopfig, getreidig, grasig. Geschmack hopfig, grasig, lang anhaltende Bitterkeit.

Der Geruch ist süßlich-malzig. leicht nach Bockbier/Export. Der Antrunk ist erst neutral-süßlich, dann zum Hauptteil hin immer malziger-süßlicher werdend. Im Nachgeschmack entfaltet sich ein wunderbar würziges Aroma, dass man nicht so richtig in Worte fassen kann, allerdings ohne spürbare Herbe. Die 5,8 % schmeckt man schon, aber sehr angenehm vollmundig-würzig.

Sehr vollmundig-komisch. Da es sehr wenig CO² enthält, schmeckt es irgendwie muffig-abgestanden. Der Nachgeschmack ist süßlich-herb mit einer komischen, nicht zu beschreibenden Note. Es bleibt ein muffig-abgestandener Eindruck im Mund zurück! Der Hauptteil ist ziemlich laff und auch muffig

Bottle, danke David. Dark brown with a red hue, low off-white lace. Fresh roast aroma. Lightbodied, roasted, a hint fruit, sparkly mouthfeel, dark roasted malt and bitterhop quick finish. Refreshing, but feels a bit thin.

Bottle. Cloudy orange amber, lively carbonation, big offwhite head. Bitterhop and mineral aroma. Medium chewy, fairly sparkly on the palate. Fruity base, light clay, grassy and citric hops, light lemon finish. A few edges, but fairly fresh nonetheless.

Bottle, danke David. Pale green-golden rocky white lacing head, fine carbonation. Fresh citric and grassy hop aroma. Medium light body, surprisingly chewy for the strength, sparkly dry mouthfeel. Good wallop of hops to keep it fresh and exiting. Really nice sessionable light Pils.

New beer from Sternquell. Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Starts mild, modest malty, not really roasty. Dry hints in the background. Finish still mild, almost washy. Nothing special.

Catch up rating from notes, 2012: .5l bottle from market. Kind of a dud from the start, vey pale golden, weak head. Aroma is grainy, wet paper. Taste too is more of the flat grains, cardboard, not even much of a hops presence. Barely drinkable.

Pours a amber color with clear appearance. Aroma very sweet but faint. Taste was malty with a little hop character.
