On tap @Forsterbrau Restaurant (Trento). Oro vivo, brillante, limpidissima, schiuma bianca media. Al naso note di malto, miele, crosta di pane. In bocca è abboccata, maltata, con chiusura amara medio-leggera a bilanciare, l'alcool si sente leggermente troppo. Corpo medio-alto, carbonazione media. Decente.

On tap at a pizzeria in Südtirol. First Beer of the vacation. Clear amber, small head. A bit a caramel malty note and grainy flavor with some moderate earthy hoppiness. Decent body.

33cl bottle at NudeCrud, Rimini, Italy. Pours partially hazy, brilliant pale gold, with rather fine white foam. Aroma is nicely citrus and cereal, floral. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is moderately bitter, with some sweetness too in the back. Final is towards dry.

0.2 l bottle from 'SpeciaalBierPakket.nl', best before September 2023. Clear, dark ruby with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, off-white head. Sweetish-malty aroma of caramel, nuts and some chocolate. Quite sweet, malty, moderately bitter taste of caramel, nuts and some chocolate, followed by a short, gently bitter, a little roasty finish. Medium to full body, smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very solid Bock.
