(Bottle) Cloudy brown colour with brief, foamy, beige head. Malty, sourish nose with notes of vinegar, oak wood, caramel, dark fruit and brown sugar. Malty, tart, vinous taste with caramel, crisp-bread, brown sugar, oak wood, port wine, madeira, a touch of cinnamon and a tart finish with a slight sweetness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Lacking the complexity of the best oud bruins, but has a good wood character. Quite nice.

Canned, from Systembolaget. Clear deep golden, mid sized head. Fruity, floral nose with some bread. Sweet with medium to full body and soft mouthfeel. Fruity with honey, bread and grass. Soothing, mildly bitter finish. Pleasant, but on the sweet side.
