On tap at the Australian Brewery, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out biscuity malt and floral hops. Flavour is along the same lines, with biscuity malt and floral hops. Dry and clean, but forgettable.

On tap at the Australian Brewery, pours a hazy yellow blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out notes of grass and biscuity malt. Flavour is light and clean, with biscuity malt and a touch of grass. Drinkable and dry, with a good crispness. Simple.

Schooner on tap @ the Hive. Deep amber with solid white head. Heavy carbonation. Light citric nose. Gorgeous hop notes followed by pine, resin, grain. Citrus background, dry finish. Good beer!

This beer has a nice saison aroma, but unfortunately the taste is just too hoppy to do justice to the style. Aromas of clove, pepper, salt and orange peel give way to loads of tart lemon hops on tasting, along with some spice notes. Although it’s not a real saison, IMO, it is a nice refreshing beer for a Summer afternoon.

Who can drink this without hearing that opening riff in their head? It’s impossible. The beer is dark brown. It’s oaty, chocolately, and fudgey - nice aroma. Soft body, sweet, with good roast and gentle hopping. Good balance, very drinkable.

Draught at the brewery. Light golden colour. Heavy continental hop aroma. The flavour is more of that, with moderate bitterness. The malts are clean, providing good balance.

Draught at the brewery. Cloudy straw colour. Fresh, melony, grapefruit nose. Sweeter palate with moderate bitterness. Fresh-tasting and bright. Nice balance.

Draught at the brewery. Hazy pale with a thin head. Has some fresh pale malts, light hop and fairly low bitterness. The Aussie hop character isn’t bright enough for my liking.

Draught at the brewery. Light bronze colour but a bit dull. Light body, a bit of biscuity malts, and is has a basic amber ale character with low bitterness.
