Half pint at Grrrowlers. So many dogs. Dark, opaque brown, thin cookie head. Cocoa dust, instant coffee, cookie dough, vodka nose. Super cookie dough, semi-sweet, acidic cola, medium coffee essence, earthy char finish, drying full stop. Pretty thin but with a bittersweet backstop. This was great.

Can: Poured a black with a creamy light brown head. Aroma is roasted malts, chocolate, nutty, huge coconut. Taste is rich malty, roasted, chocolate, boosty, coconut sticks to your cheeks.

12 oz can from Total Wine - San Antonio. Pours a cloudy reddish-amber color with a white head and great retention. Great lacing too. Light cherry (and strawberry?) aroma. The cherry flavor is stronger than the aroma, a little on the cough drop side, and overpowers the beer flavor. I would label this a fruit beer, not a blonde ale. Slick mouthfeel, low carbonation, and low bitterness. The 8.67% ABV is well hidden, but warming. Okay.
