750 ml clear bottle, vintage 2021, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 6.5%. Some sediment in the bottle. Straw colour, hazy when the sediment is poured. Aroma of apples, yeast, farmhouse, oak and sulphites. Flavour with the same elements, some fruity acidity. Not a favourite of mine.

750 ml bottle, vintage 2020, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 5.5%. Made of 50/50 Swedish apples and pears. Hazy and very pale straw colour, moderate carbonation, Pét-Nat. Dry-ish aroma of apples and pears. Bone dry flavour of apples and pears, some acidity, a hint of bitterness.

On tap at Mikkeller at Morebeer. Pours clear pale blonde with a white head. Fermented apples and plenty of vinegar on the nose. Flavour has juicy apples, some skins, a decent amount of vinegar. Not terrible, but I'm still not much of a fan.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers GB. Aroma is slightly acidic with pears, apples and citrus. Tangy apple with a nice dry finish. Really enjoyed this.
