Sample thanks to Danlo: Poured a golden with a white head. Aroma is apple, spices, pear, citrusy. Taste is apple, gram cracker, pear, light alcohol, very drinkable.

750ml bottle pour at Cider Salon 2021, Trinity Arts Centre, Bristol, 14Aug2021. Hazy golden colour, no head and aroma of fruity plum and apple. Taste is fruity, plum, stone fruits, apple & pear, fleshy, with some mineral acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry fruity acidic finish. Quite drinkable.

7/5/2021. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear pale gold with no head. Aroma is funky, green apple, crunchy pear, touch of solvent, flowers, light tropical fruits. Moderate sweetness and tangy tartness. Medium body, average carbonation.

750ml bottle from Scrattings. Pale yellow colour, no lasting head and aroma of apple & pear, fruity. Taste is sweetish, fruity, tropical melon-like note, apple, pear, fleshy, some tartness, citric acidity with an acetic hint. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Taste is crisp, tart, grape skins, with some zingy quince notes, fleshy apple, white wine and solveny funk hints. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tart acidic finish. Interesting, nicely drinkable.

Sample, thanks to Danlo! Unclear golden appearance. Interesting tropical fruit in the aroma. Taste presents juicy passionfruit, orange citrus with distinct medium sweet fleshy apple fruit, tart and juicy with a brisk carbonation. Very interesting this, sweet, fruity with a pleasant sour acidity bringing out the tropical fruit notes. Very good
