750ml bottle from Scrattings. Hazy yellow colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of quince, grapey, apple. Taste is crisp, tart, grape skins, with some zingy quince notes, fleshy apple, white wine and solveny funk hints. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tart acidic finish. Interesting, nicely drinkable.

Sample, thanks to Danlo! Unclear golden appearance. Interesting tropical fruit in the aroma. Taste presents juicy passionfruit, orange citrus with distinct medium sweet fleshy apple fruit, tart and juicy with a brisk carbonation. Very interesting this, sweet, fruity with a pleasant sour acidity bringing out the tropical fruit notes. Very good

15/12/2020. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours cloudy pale golden orange with minimal head. Aroma of apple, citrus, tropical fruit, apple pie. Moderate sweetness and bitterness with light sours. Moderate body, slightly oily, spritzy carbonation. Nice.

Taste is slightly tart apple, fleshy, peach, alittle vanilla, with hint of funk & citric acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry clean finish. Nicely drinkable

750ml bottle from Scrattings. 2019 vintage. Hazy orange colour, white foam head that rapidly dissipates away and nose of fruits, pineapple, tropical. Flavour is juicy, fruity, pineapple, passionfruit, tart and acidic. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tart finish. Nicely drinkable.
